Job summary

Lucid Motors in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service process. You will greet clients, document concerns, consult with technicians, explain service options and estimates, and track vehicles from check-in to return.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of automotive experience in a Service Advisor/front-of-house role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Ability to articulate and document details for smooth workflow.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proprietary DMS software.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and document concerns for diagnosis and repair.
• Consult with technicians and explain service options, including time and cost estimates.
• Track client vehicles through maintenance and repair and ensure quality before return.
• Manage loaner agreements and arrange Lyft rides when needed.
• Obtain client signatures and process service invoices via DocuSign.
