Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Advisor in Atlanta, GA to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the vehicle service experience. You will greet clients, coordinate with technicians, document concerns, provide time and cost estimates, and track vehicles through repair and maintenance while upholding Lucid’s quality standards.

The role requires 2–5 years of automotive service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and DMS systems.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years automotive experience in a service/advisor role

Responsibilities

• Inform clients throughout the service experience from initial contact to handover
• Conduct comprehensive inspections and document vehicle conditions
• Check in new vehicles and document transport damage for proper records
• Manage loaner agreements and coordinate rental vehicle requests
• Uphold the CSI KPI and ensure customer satisfaction
• Review and revise work orders with technicians for accurate time punches
• Address warranty claim rejections promptly to maintain efficiency
• Capture client signatures for service authorization and invoices via DocuSign
• Explain invoices to customers and ensure concerns are addressed
• Greet service clients, answer calls, and route questions as needed
• Serve as final QC to ensure work meets Lucid standards
• Other duties as assigned
