Job summary

Lucid Motors is hiring a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service at every step of the service process. You will greet clients, consult with technicians, document concerns, explain options, and track vehicles through maintenance to ensure Lucid quality standards are met.

You will manage inspections, warranties, invoicing via DocuSign, and coordinate loaner vehicles or Lyft rides when needed. The role requires weekends or extended hours and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years automotive experience in a Service Advisor or Front of House role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to document details clearly for workflow.

Responsibilities

• Inform clients throughout service experience from contact to handover.
• Inspect vehicles and document damage or wear.
• Check in vehicles and document transport damage on BOL.
