Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Advisor in Scottsdale, AZ to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service lifecycle. You will greet clients, consult with technicians, document concerns, and explain options including time and cost estimates.

You will track repairs and ensure high-quality work before handover. You will manage loaner agreements, coordinate rentals, and handle invoices while maintaining CSI standards and strong communication with customers.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years automotive experience and training in a Service Advisor or Front of House customer facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor
• Problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Ability to articulate and document details to ensure smooth workflow
• Ability to tailor and explain automotive terminology and concepts to customers across varying levels of automotive knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proprietary DMS software
• Full-time, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods
• Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year; drivers under 21 must have 3+ years of license and completed Lucid Training on hire

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and ensure informed throughout the service experience
• Consult with technicians and document client concerns for diagnosis and repair
• Explain service options, times, and costs to clients
• Track vehicles through maintenance and repair; ensure work meets Lucid quality standards
• Manage loaner agreements and coordinate rental vehicle requests
• Address warranty claim rejections promptly
• Obtain client signatures for service authorization and invoices via DocuSign; collect payments
• Explain invoices to customers and confirm concerns addressed
• Answer phones, direct inquiries, and assist customers as needed
• Perform final quality check before vehicle handover
• Other duties as assigned
