Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service process. You will greet clients, document concerns for diagnosis, consult with technicians, and explain service options with time and cost estimates.

You will manage vehicle check-ins, coordinate loaners, and track work through the repair process, ensuring quality standards are met before vehicles are returned to clients.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a Service Advisor or front-of-house role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to articulate and document details for smooth workflow.
• Ability to explain automotive concepts to customers at varying knowledge levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office and proprietary DMS software.
• Willingness to complete Lucid CPR training post hire.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in past year.

Responsibilities

• Inform clients throughout the service experience from initial contact to vehicle handover.
• Conduct inspections and check-in processes for customer vehicles, noting damage or wear.
• Check in new vehicles and document transport damage; note on BOL and document properly.
• Coordinate loaner agreements and arrange Lyft rides when needed.
• Uphold CSI KPI and ensure customer satisfaction with service quality.
• Review and revise work orders for accurate documentation and time punches.
• Address warranty claim rejections promptly to maintain efficiency.
• Obtain customer signatures for service authorization and invoices via DocuSign.
• Explain repairs and invoices to customers to ensure understanding and satisfaction.
• Greet service clients, answer calls, and direct questions as needed.
• Ensure work meets Lucid standards as the final QC step.
• Other duties as assigned.
