Job summary

Lucid Motors is hiring a Service Advisor in Costa Mesa, CA, to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service process. You will greet clients, coordinate with technicians, document concerns for diagnosis, and explain service options including cost estimates.

You will track vehicles from intake to handover, ensuring Lucid's quality standards are met before delivery. Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, noting damage, coordinating loaners, and addressing warranty rejections

Qualifications

• 2-5 years automotive service-advisor experience or front-of-house role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Able to document and explain service details clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and ensure a smooth service experience from initial contact to vehicle handover.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and document any damage or wear.
• Check-in new vehicles and document transport damage for proper records.
• Coordinate loaner vehicles and arrange Lyft rides as needed.
• Maintain CSI KPI by ensuring high-quality service is delivered to customers.
• Review work orders after technicians complete tasks and ensure accurate time punches.
