Job summary

Lucid Motors in Coolidge, AZ is seeking a Service Assistant to support day-to-day operations with a fast-paced service team. You will assist with vehicle drives, handovers, and coordinating rides, while helping with basic shop tasks and inspections.

The role offers hands-on automotive exposure and opportunities to learn the business, with safety training, CPR and forklift credentials post-hire, and a pathway to grow within Lucid's service organization.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Basic automotive knowledge.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification post hire.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Full-time, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods.
• Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides a world-class customer experience to all Lucid clients, both internal and external.
• Vehicle drives include dropping off or picking up customer vehicles and/or loaners, runs to the Bodyshop, test charging at EA charge stations, among others.
• Arranging Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves per request.
• Assist with Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) carrier preparation and vehicle hand-over. When needed, help with check in process.
• Assist technicians with basic repairs in the shop.
• Other duties as assigned including but not limited to moving and staging vehicles, delivering parts, washing vehicles, and assisting the service department as needed.
