Qualifications

• 2–5 years automotive service advisor/front-of-house experience
• Excellent interpersonal and patient demeanor
• Ability to document details for smooth workflow
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and no suspensions within past year
• Willingness to complete CPR training post hire

Responsibilities

• Greet clients promptly and explain service options with time/cost estimates
• Document client concerns for diagnosis and repair
• Track vehicles through maintenance and ensure quality standards
• Manage loaner agreements and arrange Lyft rides as needed
• Obtain client signatures and process invoices via DocuSign
• Review and revise work orders after technicians finalize tasks
• Address warranty claim rejections within required timeframe
• Answer calls and direct inquiries; ensure CSI KPI
• Ensure work meets Lucid standards before delivery
• Other duties as assigned
