Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• 40-hour workweek; weekends/holidays possible.
• Proficient with laptops and CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Fluent English reading and speaking.
• Able to read and interpret regulations and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for owners and manage the service experience from appointment to handover.
• Listen to owner concerns and document them clearly in the repair order.
• Translate technician notes into simple explanations for owners.
• Proactively communicate updates on vehicle status and timelines.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production to align service tasks.
• Explain estimates and invoices clearly to owners.
• Maintain records of communications and repairs; meet performance metrics.
• Uphold Rivian hospitality, presentation, and service standards.
