Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Service Advisor in Missouri to be the central contact for owners throughout their service experience. You will translate complex vehicle needs into clear, confident communication and coordinate with the service production team to ensure a seamless visit.

The role requires empathy, organization, and brand focus, with opportunities from entry-level to senior advisor based on performance and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and clean record.
• 40-hour work week, including weekends/holidays and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for owners from appointment to handover.
• Listen to concerns, document in the repair order, and set clear expectations.
• Translate technician information into clear explanations for owners.
• Proactively communicate status updates and timelines.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production to align service steps.
• Prepare and explain estimates and invoices clearly.
• Maintain records of communications and repairs to meet metrics.
