Rivian is seeking a Service Advisor in California to serve as the primary contact for owners, guiding them through the service journey from scheduling to handover. You’ll translate technical details into clear explanations and coordinate with parts, production, and service teams to ensure a seamless, trusted experience.

The role emphasizes empathy, organization, and brand alignment, with opportunities across entry to senior advisor levels.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing role is required.
Hospitality backgrounds are highly valued.
Proven ability to de-escalate sensitive situations with professionalism.
Experience managing scheduling, billing, and work orders is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for Rivian owners from appointment to vehicle handover.
Listen to owner concerns, document them, and set expectations for the visit.
Translate vehicle information from technicians into clear explanations for owners.
Communicate status updates and manage timelines transparently.
Coordinate with Parts and Production to align service activities.
Prepare and explain estimates and invoices clearly.
Maintain thorough records of communications and repairs in systems.
