Rivian is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for owners throughout their service journey. The role emphasizes empathy, organization, and brand-aligned communication, coordinating with the service production team to deliver a seamless experience.

The position encompasses onboarding, scheduling, updates, and warranty support, with opportunities across entry to senior levels depending on business needs. Expect a focus on hospitality and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient with laptops, computers and modern software suites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, managing the service experience from appointment to vehicle handover.
• Translate technical information from technicians into clear explanations for owners.
• Proactively communicate updates on vehicle status and timelines.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production teams to align service visit activities.
• Prepare and explain estimates and invoices with clarity and accuracy.
