Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Service Advisor to be the central contact for owners throughout their service experience. The role requires empathy, organization, and brand focus as it coordinates with service production, parts, and other teams to ensure a seamless visit.

At all levels, advisors translate complex vehicle needs into clear language, provide timely updates, and uphold Rivian hospitality standards while maintaining accurate records and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners from appointment to handover.
• Translate technician notes into clear, homeowner-friendly explanations.
• Proactively communicate status updates and manage timelines.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production to align service visits.
• Prepare estimates and invoices with clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain meticulous records of communications and repairs.
