Job summary

Rivian seeks a Service Advisor in Indiana to guide Rivian owners through the service experience with empathy and clear communication. You will translate technician details for customers, schedule appointments, and coordinate with parts and production teams to ensure a seamless visit.

This role emphasizes hospitality, organization, and precise documentation, with opportunities across entry to senior levels as needed. Excellent English and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is required and hospitality experience is valued.
• Ability to manage schedules, billing and work orders with accuracy.
• Excellent English communication and a helpful, calm demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Rivian owners during service visits.
• Document concerns, set expectations, and translate tech details for customers.
• Proactively share updates and coordinate with Parts/Production teams.
• Prepare estimates and invoices with clarity, ensuring customer understanding.
• Maintain records of communications and work orders with high accuracy.
• Support new Service Center launches and staff training initiatives.
