Job summary

Orange EV in Wisconsin is seeking a Service Advisor to join the Service Team. You will manage incoming service communications, coordinate work orders, and support customers through the full lifecycle of their service requests.

You will create quotes, track preventive maintenance schedules, and work closely with the Service Supervisor to drive on-time completion and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years of service advisor or related technical repair experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn a service management system (ERP/SaaS).

Responsibilities

• Incoming Service Requests and Communication
• Create Work Orders (WO) and check recalls/campaigns
• Coordinate with Service Supervisor for scheduling and dispatching
• Open Work Orders for proactive Recalls or Campaigns and engage supervisors
• Create Quotes for service work
• Manage customer PM schedules within our ticketing system
• Promote labor and parts sales
• Complete Work Orders to closure after supervisor review
• Follow up to obtain PO# or final billing information
• Build relationships with customers
