You will train customers and support sales efforts while coordinating with third-party providers. Applicants should have automotive or electrical experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or electrical service environments.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word/TEAMS).
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Analytical approach to diagnosing issues.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and perform field servicing.
• Willingness to travel for training and service calls.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Orange EV vehicles.
• Represent Orange EV professionally.
• Use Remote Monitoring System to plan service.
• Record service activity accurately.
• Communicate with customers and third-party providers.
• Coordinate charging infrastructure logistics.
• Evaluate conversion vehicle candidates and report.
• Support other technicians and vendors.
• Provide secure tool/parts storage.
• Deliver operator and maintenance training; support sales.
• Travel for initial training and field service goals.
