The role requires 5+ years in field sales with leadership, D2C or commission-based experience, and strong EV industry knowledge. Travel up to 75% is needed, with focus on revenue targets and customer-first execution.

Qualifications

5+ years of field sales experience with 2+ years in leadership.
Experience in direct-to-consumer sales and/or commission-based models.
Strong knowledge of the electric vehicle industry and regulatory considerations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant working experience.
Willingness to travel up to 75% based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Lead sales and delivery operations across your location to meet revenue targets.
Own the full customer journey—from initial engagement to vehicle delivery.
Track and deliver on KPIs; drive location performance and productivity.
Coordinate vehicle delivery logistics and paperwork for customers.
Collaborate cross-functionally to plan activations, events, and brand strategies.
