Job summary

Rivian Automotive in Arizona is seeking a dynamic Sales and Delivery Manager to scale our customer journey from initial engagement to vehicle delivery. You will oversee sales, logistics, and last-mile operations at your location, driving performance and a customer-first culture.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in field sales with leadership experience, strong EV knowledge, and a proven ability to manage P&L and CRM tools. Occasional travel up to 75% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years field sales experience.
• 2+ years in field leadership, multi-unit preferred.
• Retail or direct-to-consumer experience a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
• Willing to travel up to 75% based on business needs.
• Strong understanding of the EV industry and market dynamics.
• Experience with P&L, POS and CRM software.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure best-in-class customer experience across your region.
• Drive sales performance and execute initiatives to meet revenue targets.
• Own, track, and deliver on KPIs aligned with company-wide objectives.
• Oversee vehicle delivery process, logistics, and paperwork.

• Manage staffing and payroll budgets to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold Rivian policies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.
