Job summary

Rivian is seeking a dynamic Sales and Delivery Manager in the Woodbury, NY area to scale operations with purpose and precision. You will lead a high-impact team, own the full customer journey from engagement to delivery, and oversee all sales and delivery activities at your location.

The role requires 5+ years in field sales with leadership experience, strong EV industry knowledge, P&L and CRM proficiency, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field sales; 2+ field leadership, preferably multi-unit management.
• Retail, sales, hospitality or similar fields highly preferred; direct-to-consumer business a plus.
• Strong understanding of the electric vehicle industry, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant working experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work a flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays).
• Extensive experience with P&L, POS and CRM software.
• Expertise in human resources, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll and performance management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; MVR monitoring may apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure best-in-class customer experience across your region.
• Drive sales performance and execute strategic initiatives to hit revenue targets.
• Own, track, and deliver on KPIs aligned with company objectives.
• Responsible for flawless execution across vehicle delivery, paperwork, and logistics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to plan activations, events and demand generation.
• Manage operations in line with the financial plan, including revenue and payroll budgets.
