You’ll oversee sales execution, logistics, and last-mile delivery while partnering with cross-functional teams to refine processes and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field sales
• 2+ years in field leadership, preferably multi-unit management
• Experience in direct-to-consumer sales or commission-based environments
• Strong understanding of EV industry dynamics and regulations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure best-in-class customer experience across your region
• Drive sales performance and execute strategic initiatives to hit revenue targets
• Own and deliver on KPIs and align with company strategic objectives
• Oversee vehicle delivery process including prep, paperwork, logistics, and handoff
• Collaborate with Service and Vehicle Operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Optimize staffing to meet demand and schedule needs
• Plan activations and events to drive brand awareness and leads
• Manage store P&L and ensure revenue protection
• Maintain regulatory compliance and adapt to changing requirements
