Job summary

Rivian is seeking a dynamic Sales and Delivery Manager to scale our operation in the Bay Area. You will own the full customer journey from engagement to vehicle delivery, leading a high-impact team and driving performance across sales, delivery, and logistics within your location.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to activate local campaigns, refine processes with data-driven insights, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience while maintaining alignment with Rivian’s mission and

Qualifications

5+ years in field sales with 2+ leadership roles.
Retail or direct-to-consumer experience; commission-based sales a plus.
Strong understanding of the electric vehicle industry; market dynamics and customer needs.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant working experience.
Willing to travel up to 75% and flexible schedule.
Extensive experience with P&L, POS and CRM software.
HR experience including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to obtain license if needed.

Responsibilities

Own, track, and deliver on KPIs across location sales and delivery.
Ensure best-in-class customer experience across region.
Coordinate with Service, Vehicle Ops and other departments to optimize processes.
Plan activations, events, and strategies to drive brand awareness.
Manage staffing and scheduling to maximize efficiency and customer experience.
