Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar; premium brands and direct-to-consumer models; automotive experience a plus.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent credential.
• Proven track record in high-velocity sales from prospecting to closing.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments with iteration.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel to support events.
• MS Office or Google Workspace proficiency.
• Comfortable operating large vehicles and conducting demos.

• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience at your location.
• Qualify customers and personalize experiences to drive conversion.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rivian products, services and community stories.

• Support customers through order confirmations and various stages of the sales process.
