Job summary

Rivian Automotive in Northbrook, IL seeks a Sales Advisor IV to manage full customer relationships from lead to close. You will educate customers through in-person demos, calls, texts and emails, delivering a personalized purchase experience that reflects Rivian’s brand and values.

You’ll build a high-touch sales pipeline, hit monthly targets, and collaborate with a broader team to optimize the customer journey while staying flexible for evenings, weekends and events in the Chicago area.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality or similar fields.
• At least 21 years of age and high school diploma or GED.
• Proven track record in high-velocity sales and consumer environments.
• Experience using CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience at locations.
• Qualify Rivian customers and tailor experiences to drive conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of Rivian products, features and community stories.
• Build a healthy sales pipeline with high-touch, responsive service.
• Support customers through order confirmations and follow-ups.
