Job summary

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets, including demos, pipeline and NPS.
• Ensure best-in-class customer experiences at Rivian Retail locations.
• Qualify and support leads across the customer journey to drive loyalty.
• Provide demonstrations and guide customers through product options and benefits.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rivian products and community stories to inform decisions.
• Build a strong customer pipeline through high-touch, timely service.
• Support retail activations and events to grow Rivian community and demand.
