Rivian Automotive is seeking a Sales Advisor IV in McLean, VA to own the customer journey from lead qualification to close, delivering a personalized purchase experience across in-person interactions, demo drives, phone, text and email.

You will build relationships, maintain knowledge of Rivian products, manage a sales pipeline, and collaborate with teams to drive conversion, loyalty and community engagement while upholding Rivian’s core values.

Formación

• 4+ years in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields preferred.
• Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle with commission-based outcomes.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; willingness to work flexible hours.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide best-in-class customer experience at all locations.
• Qualify customers and tailor experiences to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and guide customers in decision making.
