Ever, based in San Francisco and expanding nationwide, seeks an experienced F&I professional in San Diego to present finance products and close financing deals for EV buyers. You will conduct remote and on-site consultations, leverage lender networks, and ensure compliant while delivering a consultative buying experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years in automotive F&I, a proven closing record in both remote and showroom settings, and a passion for EVs and digital retail.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of automotive F&I experience.
• Proven success closing deals remotely and in showroom.
• Strong backend product performance history.
• Customer-first mindset with a consultative approach, emphasizing transparency and sustainable customer outcomes.
• Highly organized with strong compliance discipline.

Responsibilities

• Present finance, warranty, and protection products remotely and in-person.
• Run virtual and on-site F&I consultations nationwide.
• Structure and close financing deals through digital and in-store workflows.
• Leverage a broad lender network to secure approvals while managing lender relationships.
• Deliver a high-trust, consultative buying experience with no pressure.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Prepare, review, and finalize digital and physical finance documents.
• Educate customers on EV incentives and ownership economics.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Title teams for smooth handoffs.
• Maintain strong CSI and NPS scores.
