Job summary

Ever is seeking a Sales Manager in San Diego to lead our on-site sales team. You will own the full customer funnel from lead to delivery, coaching EV Sales Consultants and aligning with Finance and Operations to hit targets and margins.

A strong CRM background, data-driven mindset, and exceptional organizational skills are required for success in a fast-paced environment. Base + commission compensation is offered, with a focus on transparency and customer-friendly EV sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline.
• Strong CRM experience and data-driven approach.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Experience coordinating with Finance and Operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own retail deal volume targets for the San Diego market and ensure margin integrity.
• Drive a consistent sales process from lead to delivery and monitor funnel health.
• Coach EV Sales Consultants on closing, follow-up, and discovery.
• Identify funnel gaps and resolve blockers with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain product knowledge of EVs and Ever's offerings for customer guidance.
• Lead training sessions and deal reviews to improve team performance.
