Job summary

Ever is hiring a Sales Manager for the San Diego market to lead a high-volume sales team in an online-first EV buying experience. You will own deal volume targets, margin integrity, and customer experience, while coaching consultants on discovery, objections, and closing techniques.

You will drive the sales process from lead to delivery, ensure CRM data quality, and collaborate with Finance and Operations to align pricing, inventory, and CX capacity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline.
• Strong CRM experience and data-driven mindset.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Responsibilities

• Own retail deal volume targets for the San Diego market and ensure closing ratios, front-end margin per unit, and customer experience scores.
• Drive a consistent sales process from lead to delivery; monitor pipeline health, stage-by-stage conversion, and days-to-close across the team.
• Coach EV Sales Consultants on unit economics, discovery, objection handling, and product knowledge.
• Identify and address funnel gaps; collaborate with Finance and Operations to move deals forward and resolve blockers.
• Oversee inbound and outbound pipeline, enforce fast response times, and ensure follow-up; maintain CRM data integrity.
