Ever in San Diego seeks a Finance Manager to lead F&I operations for our EV-focused auto retail platform. The role involves managing financing, warranties, and lender relationships while delivering a transparent, customer-first experience across in-store and remote deals.

The position is based in San Diego with an on-site requirement during peak periods and month-end close. Strong knowledge of DMV/titling and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of automotive F&I experience required.
• Proven ability to close deals remotely and in showroom settings.
• Strong compliance and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Present finance, warranty, and protection products remotely and in-person.
• Run F&I consultations nationwide, structure and close financing deals.
• Manage lender relationships and ensure compliant funding processes.
• Educate customers on EV incentives and ownership economics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery and Title teams for smooth handoffs.
