Job summary

Ever is seeking a General Manager for the San Diego hub to lead the four verticals: Sales, Customer Experience, Finance & Insurance, and Business Office/Title & Registration. You will own the end-to-end deal lifecycle from first contact through delivery and funding, with full P&L accountability and a focus on performance and culture in a fast-growing EV retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of leadership experience in a high-volume consumer-facing operation.
• Direct ownership of Sales and F&I performance including margin mechanics.
• Proven track record leading CX or inside sales with pipeline metrics.
• Experience in automotive retail or direct-to-consumer vehicle operations.
• Hands-on experience with a dealership management system (CDK/Reynolds & Reynolds).
• Experience managing business office and title functions, including multi-state regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead four verticals (Sales, CX, F&I, Business Office/Title) and own end-to-end deal lifecycle from lead to funding.
• Drive pipeline performance, improve lead routing, and maintain CRM data integrity.
• Ensure lender compliance, state regulations, and internal standards across deals.
• Monitor funding time, stipulations, and deal hygiene as key health signals.
• Translate company targets into vertical goals with owners and timelines.
• Set clear expectations, coach teams, and drive SOP adoption and accountability.
