Job summary

Rivian is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support vehicle repairs at service centers or on-site at customer locations. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and documenting work with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You will travel to various locations, including production sites, to provide responsive vehicle support. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with hand and power tools, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• High school equivalency preferred; GED accepted.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install and inspect vehicles in service centers or in the field.
• Explain Rivian product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories to customers.
• Follow Rivian repair procedures and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality.
• Manage parts operations including ordering, receiving and inventory.
• Document all work and technical notes accurately.
