Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at service centers or on-site at customer locations.
• Identify and explain Rivian products, EV framework, tools, and accessories.
• Follow Rivian repair procedures, document work and notes accurately.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and safety.
• Manage parts operations including ordering and inventory.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate professionally with customers.
