Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Comfortable with Windows/Mac environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Fluent in English and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install and inspect vehicles at service centers or on-site.
• Identify Rivian products, EV framework, tools, and accessories.
• Follow Rivian repair procedures with quality and safety.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality.
• Manage parts ordering, receiving, shipping and inventory.
• Document all work and technical notes clearly.
