Job summary

Rivian is looking for a Field Service Technician to provide hands-on support for vehicle repairs. This role requires collaboration in a dynamic environment, and may involve traveling or working remotely as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 21 years old, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Your responsibilities will include diagnosing, repairing, and documenting vehicle issues while delivering high-quality service directly at customer locations. A solid background in automotive work is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in automotive shop is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnosis, repairs, and inspections at customer locations.
• Conduct road tests to ensure repairs are of high quality.
• Manage parts operations including ordering and shipping.

Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
