Rivian is seeking a Field Service Technician to support vehicle repairs and provide on-site or in-field service. The role may require travel to production sites or customer locations, and is available across multiple seniority levels depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to drive a non-commercial truck and trailer preferred.
• Available for a 40-hour week, including weekends/holidays/shifts as needed.
• Fluent in English; able to read and speak clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with diagnostics, repairs, installations, and inspections.
• Identify Rivian products and EV systems; use repair procedures.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs.
• Manage parts operations: ordering, receiving, shipping, inventory.
• Document all work and technical notes clearly.
• Collaborate with a team and communicate professionally with customers.
• Stay current with training and safety requirements.
