Job summary

Rivian is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support Rivian vehicle repairs across service centers and on-site at customer homes or sites. The role involves travel to various locations, including the production plant when needed, and requires collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

You will diagnose, repair, install, and test vehicles, explain Rivian products and EV systems, and ensure all work is properly documented.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect vehicles at service centers or in the field.
• Explain Rivian products, EV framework, tools, and accessories.
• Follow repair procedures using available technical resources.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality.
• Manage parts ordering, receiving, and inventory.
• Document all work and notes clearly for internal/external use.
• Collaborate with team and maintain professionalism with customers.
• Stay current with required training and safety standards.
