Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license; clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Fluent in English, able to read/speak clearly.
• 40-hour work week; may include weekends/odd shifts.
• Experience in an automotive shop is preferred; EV/hybrid repair a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnosis, repairs, and inspections at service centers or in the field.
• Explain Rivian product line and EV framework to customers.
• Follow official repair procedures and safety guidelines.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality.
• Manage parts ordering, receiving, and inventory.
• Document work and technical notes for records.
• Collaborate with team and communicate professionally with customers.
• Stay current with training and new Rivian procedures.
