You will work under mentorship to support EV repairs, inspections, and field service operations, with involvement at local service centers and potential remote/mobile work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–3 years hands-on automotive experience.
• Basic exposure to EV/hybrid frameworks is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regionally or to production facilities as needed.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect vehicles at service centers or mobile sites.
• Learn EV framework and tools under senior technicians.
• Follow repair procedures with safety and quality in mind.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs and safety.
• Maintain detailed notes and documentation for all repairs.
• Interact professionally with customers, families, and partners at service facilities.
