Rivian seeks an emerging to mid-level Technician to grow technical expertise while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll support EV repairs, inspections, and field service, with mentorship from senior techs. The role spans service centers, mobile routes, and occasional remote operations.

You’ll work in dynamic environments, emphasizing safety, continuous learning, and professional growth, with opportunities across different locations as operations evolve.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited automotive repair school/program is highly preferred.
• 0–3 years of hands-on experience in an automotive shop or technical environment.
• Basic exposure to EV / hybrid frameworks, or experience working in fast-paced start-up environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at service center, mobile route, or remote location.
• Learn product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories under mentorship while maintaining safety and quality.
• Prepare and conduct road tests post-repair to verify quality and safety.
• Assist with parts operations: ordering, receiving, shipping, inventory tracking, and work orders.
• Maintain detailed technical notes and documentation for repairs.
