Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or recognized equivalency credential preferred.
• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to drive a non-commercial truck and trailer preferred.
• Availability for a standard 40-hour workweek, with potential weekend/holiday/evening shifts based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle service & repair: diagnose, repair, install and inspect at service centers, mobile routes, or remote locations.
• Learn product line, EV framework, tools and accessories under mentorship from senior technicians.
• Follow repair procedures with safety and quality in mind; use available technical resources.
• Perform road tests post-repair to verify quality and safety of operation.
• Assist with parts operations: ordering, receiving, inventory tracking, and work order/expense reporting.
• Maintain detailed technical notes and documentation for repairs.
