Job summary

Rivian is seeking an emerging to mid-level Technician to grow technical skills while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will support EV repairs, inspections, and field service, working under senior technicians and leadership.

The role may involve travel to mobile service locations and plant operations as business needs evolve. Based primarily at a local service center, you will engage in hands-on diagnostics, learning, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–3 years hands-on experience in an automotive shop or technical environment.
• Basic exposure to EV/hybrid frameworks or startup environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle service and repair at service centers, mobile routes, or remote locations.
• Learn product line, EV framework, tools and accessories under mentorship.
• Follow repair procedures with emphasis on safety and quality.
