Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficient with Windows or Mac computers.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections in service centers or in the field.
• Identify Rivian product line, EV framework, tools and accessories.
• Follow Rivian repair procedures with safety and quality.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality.
• Manage parts operations including ordering, receiving and inventory.
• Document work and notes for internal and external use.
