Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, installations, and inspections at service centers or in the field.
• Explain Rivian products, EV framework, tools, and accessories to customers.
• Log work and notes; maintain parts ordering, receiving, and inventory.
• Coordinate with senior techs and leadership on improvements.
