Rivian Automotive is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support vehicle repairs, including in-home or on-site service. The role requires collaboration, flexibility to travel to various locations, and a readiness to assess a wide range of EV systems with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Available for a 40-hour work week, including weekends/holidays.
• Fluent in English and able to read/interpret documents.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect vehicles at service centers or on-site.
• Explain Rivian product line, EV framework, and accessories.
• Follow repair procedures using available technical resources.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality.
• Manage parts operations including ordering and inventory.
• Document all work and notes for internal/external use.
• Collaborate with the team and maintain high-quality work with minimal supervision.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
