Job summary

Rivian Automotive is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support vehicle repairs at service centers or on-site locations. The role requires collaboration in a fast-paced environment, with potential travel to production plants to provide vehicle support as needed.

The position is designed to recruit technicians across seniority levels; part-time or full-time shifts may be arranged based on business needs. Strong customer-facing skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and able to perform physical tasks.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install and inspect vehicles at service centers or on-site locations.
• Explain Rivian product lines, EV framework, tools, and accessories to customers.
• Follow repair procedures using available technical resources while ensuring safety and quality.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and document all work and notes.
