Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Able to operate Windows or Mac computers.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnosis, repairs, and inspections at service centers or in the field.
• Identify Rivian products, EV framework, tools, and accessories.
• Document all work and keep accurate records for internal/external use.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates; maintain safety.
