Job summary

Rivian is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support vehicle repairs across the United States. The role requires a team-oriented individual with strong automotive repair skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include performing vehicle diagnostics and repairs both at service centers and on-site, managing parts operations, and using technical resources efficiently. Qualifications

• Perform vehicle repairs at service centers or customer's locations.
• Conduct road tests to ensure quality of repairs.
• Proficient in using Windows or Mac for technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support Rivian vehicles' repairs in dynamic environments.
• Identify and explain Rivian product line including EV framework.
• Manage parts operations including ordering and inventory.

Skills

Hands-on work experience in automotive shop

Understanding of electric vehicle repair

Basic electricity theory

Technical documentation skills

Experience with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS)

Proficiency with hand and power tools

Bilingual communication (English)

Education

High School Diploma or GED
