Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections in the field or at service centers.
• Identify Rivian products and EV systems, and communicate with customers professionally.
• Follow repair procedures and document work and notes accurately.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and safety.
• Manage parts, ordering, receiving, and inventory as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Stay current with training and applications in Rivian technology.
