Job summary

Rivian is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support Rivian vehicle repairs. Based in Florida, the role may require travel to various locations, including the production plant, to provide vehicle support as needed. The position is level-agnostic, spanning entry to senior technicians.

You will diagnose, repair, and install vehicles at service centers or in the field, while staying current with Rivian training and maintaining high-quality notes and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Able to read and speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect Rivian vehicles in the field or at service centers.
• Explain Rivian product lines, EV framework, and accessories to customers.
• Follow repair procedures with quality and safety in mind; perform road tests.
