Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections across service centers, mobile routes, or remote locations.
• Learn product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories under senior technicians.
• Conduct road tests post-repair to verify quality and safety; manage parts operations and expenses.
• Maintain detailed repair notes and documentation for internal and external use.
• Interact professionally with customers, families, and suppliers at service facilities or events.
• Identify process improvements and participate in service campaigns and training.
